Terms & Conditions
- REPS offer is valid until 30th November of the current year unless the Scheme or associated incentives change earlier.
- Installation pricing is subject to site inspection and may change based on government incentives. Rebates vary depending on energy connection type, property location (climate zone), and the model being installed. Other brands, tank sizes, and system types are available on request.
- REPS offers apply only when the system is supplied and installed by Sufficient Energy or our authorised installers. All REPS credits created through the installation must be assigned to our nominated energy retailer.
- Priority and Hardship Group customers may be eligible for a higher REPS discount. Proof of Priority or Hardship status must be provided before installation. If a customer receives a Priority rate but cannot provide valid evidence, general household rates will apply.
- To receive a discounted upgrade, customers must sign the REPS Activity Summary and REPS Activity Record on or before the installation day. This authorises Sufficient Energy to act as the Activity Provider and create REPS credits.
- Customers must pay any outstanding balance and additional charges identified during the site inspection at the time installation begins.
- If the customer changes the agreed installation location or requests modifications that increase labour or materials, additional charges may apply.
- If the customer is not present at the property, cannot provide access, or the site is deemed unsafe, the installation may be cancelled, and a no-access or additional site visit fee may apply.
- If REPS paperwork is not signed, REPS credits cannot be claimed and the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the system and installation.
- Final costs, including any variations identified during inspection or on installation day, will be provided to the customer. Customers may choose not to proceed before installation begins.
- Tenants must provide written approval from the landlord before an installation can be scheduled.
- Customer details may be shared with the Energy Retailer or Regulator for auditing and reporting purposes. Sufficient Energy will store and handle personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.
- If a dispute arises, either party must provide written notice outlining the issue. Both parties will attempt to resolve the matter through discussion. The customer must continue to meet payment obligations during the dispute.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of South Australia, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of South Australian courts.
- Our goods and services come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation depending on the nature of the failure. For minor faults, we may choose to repair the product.
