- NSW energy incentives are provided under the NSW Energy Savings Scheme (ESS) and are subject to change or withdrawal in line with government policy.
- Eligibility for incentives depends on factors including property type (residential or commercial), existing hot water system, fuel source, installation location, and the system selected.
- Any estimated savings or discounts are indicative only and confirmed after a site assessment.
- Final installation pricing is confirmed following a site inspection and may vary based on access, electrical or plumbing requirements, safety considerations, or site conditions.
- Energy incentives apply only when the hot water system is supplied and installed by Sufficient Energy or its authorised installers.
- All Energy Savings Certificates (ESCs) generated as part of the installation must be assigned to Sufficient Energy or its nominated scheme partner under the ESS.
- Customers must complete and sign all required ESS documentation on or before the installation date for incentives to be applied.
- If eligibility cannot be confirmed or ESS documentation is not completed, the customer may be required to pay the full cost of the system and installation.
- Additional work identified during the assessment or on installation day (including electrical upgrades, relocation requests, or access issues) may incur extra charges.
- If the customer or site representative is not present, access cannot be provided, or the site is deemed unsafe, the installation may be cancelled and a call-out or rescheduling fee may apply.
- Tenants must obtain written landlord approval prior to scheduling installation.
- Customer information may be shared with relevant scheme administrators, regulators, or auditors for compliance and reporting purposes, in accordance with our privacy policy.
- All goods and services are supplied in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, including applicable consumer guarantees.
