What is a Demand Aggregator?

A Demand Response (DR) Aggregator is a provider that helps manage electricity demand by using smart technology to briefly adjust how much power certain devices or equipment use. An Approved DR Aggregator is a company that has been formally authorised by the Minister (or their delegate) to deliver these demand-management services.
